Maera Jewellery provides secure and efficient worldwide shipping. Please review the shipping details below:
Shipping Locations
- Canada: Free insured shipping on orders over $150 placed directly through our website. All shipments within Canada are fully insured up to $25,000. For orders exceeding $25,000, additional coverage will be arranged.
- United States & International: Free insured shipping on orders over $500 placed directly through our website. Shipping costs for orders under $500 will vary based on current FedEx rates. All U.S. and international orders are insured up to $25,000, with additional coverage arranged for purchases exceeding this amount. International shipping is handled via major carriers, based on the destination location.
Taxes and Duties
- For U.S. Orders: Taxes and duties are applicable to orders shipped to the United States. Customers are responsible for paying these charges when the package arrives. The shipping carrier may not release the package until the taxes and duties are settled.
- For International Orders: Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, and fees for shipments outside of Canada and the U.S. These charges are assessed by the destination country and must be paid upon receipt of the package.
Shipping Carrier and Insurance
All items are shipped via major carriers and are insured up to $25,000. For purchases exceeding $25,000, we will arrange for additional coverage to ensure the security of your purchase during transit.
Return Shipping and Process
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a service with tracking and insurance, as Maera Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items during return shipping.
- Quality Control (QC): All returned products will undergo a Quality Control inspection. If the item passes, we will notify the customer and proceed with the applicable exchange or store credit. If the item does not meet our QC standards, the return may be rejected, and the item will be sent back to the customer.
